An information tool
Fiyyi helps you read product information and compare it with your preferences. It is not a medical service, allergy certification or guarantee that a product is suitable for consumption. Always check the current packaging.
Beta availability
The catalogue and features are evolving. Some products, photos, retailer links or alternatives may be unavailable. A technical error is not a nutritional verdict, and an empty result does not establish that no alternative exists.
Free and Plus
Free includes barcode scanning, product explanations and the five most recent scans. Search, comparisons, multiple profiles, Household and full saved history are Plus features. The app shows the current access available to your account.
Beta invitation codes require sign-in and grant free Plus access while Fiyyi is being tested. If Fiyyi later offers a paid plan, pricing and renewal terms will be shown before you choose whether to subscribe. Beta access does not create a paid subscription.
Contributing product information
Provide accurate packaging information to the best of your knowledge. Do not upload personal documents, private information about others or content you are not entitled to share. Photo recognition may require corrections.
External retailers
Retailer pages are external services. Availability, prices, orders and returns are determined by the retailer. A link in Fiyyi is not a promise that an item is in stock or a statement of a formal partnership.

For help or feedback, use the existing contact channel with the person who invited you to the beta. The Support page explains what information is useful and what not to share.
